Product Availability


Items purchased online, especially LPs and used items of limited press can occasionally be sold out when you place your order. Inventory is updated every 24-48 hours but we will occasionally have overlap due to limited availability on certain items. An email notification will be sent (in a timely fashion) to let you know if this occurs. If an item is listed as “Back Order”, this means that the item is on order and should be in stock within 14 business days.

Return Policy


Defective merchandise new or used may be returned within 7 days of delivery for REPLACEMENT ONLY. If item is out-of-stock upon return, a STORE CREDIT will be issued for the exact amount of item. NO REFUNDS will be offered. Any new items must be in original packaging upon return. There are no returns allowed on any new items that have been opened/used in any way, unless exceptions have been made. We do not accept returns on special orders. Mail order customers are responsible for any/all return shipping charges. Only defective products may be returned and damages must be reported within 5 days of delivery. Forms of Payment


Currently, we accept credit card payments processed through paypal. There is also an option for store pick up available only to our New Orleans area customers. For this option, products must be fully purchased online and picked up from our location within 14 days. A valid ID along with a copy of the online purchase confirmation should be brought at time of pick up.

Privacy Policy


Privacy and security of your private information are our top priority. Currently all orders will be processed through PayPal. We are an independent business with no parent company. We do not sell, lend, rent or give any personal information to outside sources, individuals or organizations. Any information voluntarily submitted for ordering/quoting purposes will only be used to fulfill that particular order/quote. This information is used for that specific request unless you ask to use it in another manner, such as being added to our weekly email Update. No credit card or payment information will be kept after you order has been processed. This means that your credit card information is never stored in our system. In short, your information is safe and secure with us leaving you the freedom to do some carefree shopping! We are a growing company. Periodically changes may be made to our privacy policy without notice. When these changes are made they will be reflected in this section. Shipping & Handling


US orders will ship USPS Media Mail or Priority within 1-5 business days of purchase (may be longer if purchased near a US holiday). Please allow up to 10 days for all US Media Mail Orders to arrive. US Priority Orders should arrive in 2-3 business days. Please contact us directly for Express options. We use Delivery Confirmation on all US shipping and can provide tracking numbers on those orders if requested. International orders ship First Class International (or Priority International for orders weighing over 4 lbs) and can take up to 6 weeks depending upon the customs restrictions for that particular country. No tracking is available on overseas orders.
Shipping & handling rates within the continental US are determined by the weight of items purchased as well as the location the order is to be shipped to. These rates will be calculated during checkout. PLEASE NOTE: If there are any discrepancies on our end due to system errors, we reserve the right to contact the customer to work out the difference.

Although we do our best to ensure that your purchase will arrive in good condition, there is a possibility that something could get damaged after it leaves our hands and before it gets to yours. We are not responsible for any items damaged while in transit with the postal service.

If you are making a large, International purchase, we suggest contacting us to purchase an extra upgrade to USPS International Priority for your package. International customers must contact us for exact shipping rates at this time. Our default international shipping method is USPS First Class International or USPS Priority International depending on the weight of your purchase. Please consult the USPS International Rate Calculator (http://ircalc.usps.gov) for a shipping quote similar to the one we will quote for your order. You can use the weights below as a guide to help you determine shipping amounts via the link above. PLEASE USE THE RATE CALCULATOR FOR AN ESTIMATE ONLY. EXACT SHIPPING MAY DIFFER SLIGHTLY. International customers must email for an exact shipping quote.

LPs + mailer = 1 lb 5oz (single LP only)

7″s/45s + mailer = 9oz (single 7″ only)

CDs + mailer = 8oz (single CD in plastic jewel case only)

Cassettes + mailer = 8oz (single cassette in plastic case only)

When sending us an email for a price quote, please include your full name, shipping address, and phone number so we can get you an exact total that includes shipping charges.
